Reunions
Saturday, December 29th, 2007It always feels great when you meet old friends. I must say that the joy of sharing stories and reminiscing memories is one of the best past times one can ever do. And my three months vacation here in the Philippines has allowed me to catch up with friends after a year of being in absentia. This holiday season has certainly been the busiest not only because of gift-giving and merry making, but also because of the countless reunions with friends and family.
With high school friends. Thanks to Maritess’ wedding. If not for her invitation, I would never see some of my high school classmates. And thanks to a Green Star bus ride… where I saw Peter and was able to invite him na rin.
With family. Um, these are not yet the official Reunion pics with my Pili family (my mom’s side), as our reunion will not be held until the 1st of January. Actually, hindi naman namin kailangan mag-reunion, dahil magkakatabi lang kami ng mga bahay… Hahaha!
With College Friends. Everytime I meet them, they don’t fail to amaze me on how much everyone of us have already grown — physically, mentally and emotionally. Thanks guys for always being ready for my gimik calls. Hehehe…
With Batchmates. No matter where we’ve been, drinking a cup of coffee or dining out with these guys is always a blast. Or is it the office gossip that makes our meetings more exciting? Hehehe…
To Kendz and Lui, best wishes and congratulations. As much as I want to be there on your BIG day, my schedule won’t permit me to. Sorry talaga. To Ayms, advance best wishes na rin and mag-ingat ka na sa susunod para di ka na maiwan ng bus at di na mag-violet ang paa mo. To Emong, we wish you luck… you deserve the best. To Van and Ryan… mainggit kayo. Hahaha! Joke lang. We miss you guys.
